for HEX1 Cycloptical Field Regenerators

A converted dashboard from Warren Vernon's old pickup truck, Bill Vernon turned it into a control and measuring unit for the HEX1 (pictured below), giving him precise control over the multidimensional particles generated by the force of his late-model Cycloptical studies. This is a perfect example of how Bill repurposed devices for uses beyond their original intention, mostly due to his severe lack of funding or support.

The HEX1 unit allowed him not only to peer into alternate universes, but also to attempt rudimentary communication with them. Most of his communication went unanswered, though he states in Revise Your World that responses did arrive "somewhat telepathically," to use our rudimentary terminology describing inter-dimensional communication.
