Framed, Signed, Most Definitely Fabricated

Bill Vernon's official degree, framed and kept on the wall of his study. No official record of this organization can be found, so it is suspected that Bill made it up in an effort to disguise his lack of credentials among his colleagues. In fact, no school offered to teach what he aimed to explore, so he studied on his own, picking up what he could from sitting in on lectures at schools he did not attend. While his forgery would have easily been spotted at any reputable institution, he knew that the Town of Ducan Research Facility was so small and underfunded, no one would question his references. He was entirely correct.
