Circuital Voltage Framework for Cyclopticals

All Cyclopticals require some kind of power, and they have to be mobile to leave the confines of lab testing. Bill felt hampered by the limitations of battery and solar technology. The solution was a circuital battery that actually fed off the energy and movement of the user, running back into the battery itself to keep it charged.
