Measuring Device for Preliminary Eye Studies

Used to measure everything from eye and eyelid movement to facial response, these glasses were worn by both Bill and Francis, and served as an early tool for their studies before they began any work on building Cyclopticals.

Bill stole this pair from the Town of Ducan lab, from which he either took a permanent leave of absence or was fired. It's unclear which, and his name is still on a door there, despite his absence.
