Found in Bill's original home laboratory during the move to a new facility. This device was the first piece of machinery Bill bought with money from his first investors in Cycloptical research. They took it away from him when he went over budget with no commercial product to sell, but he found it at the repo auction and used his brother's credit card to buy it back.

Today he is unable to remember exactly what it did, what it's purpose even was, or why he wanted it so badly. He just had to have it. When you turn it on, it just emits a plume of smoke.
