Bill Vernon kept this hazard light up in his lab during all of his tests and experiments with Francis for Cycloptical Research. After setting it off numerous times with electromagnetic frequencies, high decibels, and minor explosions, the light at some point began to just blink erratically all the time.

It continues to do so today, despite the batteries having been removed long ago. Through Francis, it has somehow been imbued with a life of its own.
